I am fortunate to teach Sheffield's nicest mum's and babies!
Here is a bit about my classes.
*We keep our classes small to ensure that you get the most out of them (no more than 20 ladies) *Our pregnancy classes are tailor made to address your physical needs as they change week by week *There is ample parking surrounding our studio as we are next to the Co-Op on Eccelsall Road *You can try your first pregnancy yoga or baby yoga class for free and see what you think *We offer different types of class passes and prices to suit your individual needs

All classes are now held at our lovely new yoga centre, Yoga at the Reach. The address is Blenheim Reach, 861 Eccelsall Road, S11 8TH. We are on the 4th floor. To get to the Reach , you will need to turn into the road at the side of Bistro Pierre. The building (the tallest there) is near the Co-Op Supermarket and opposite Ladyzone gym. There are a number of options price wise for our classes.

Firstly, I would like to give thanks to my hugely supportive husband and inspirational mum for making my yoga teaching life what it is. My mum used to run pre-school groups on the Isle of Wight when my sister and I were young and I think my joy of teaching mum's to be and babies/toddlers stems from there. My husband and I are fortunate enough to teach regularly together and share the same passion for teaching yoga to others. I am blessed with both of them x
Most visitors to my site come to look at the pregnancy and mum & baby/toddlers classes. We offer small, friendly classses in a number of locations in Sheffield. We have mum's who have found very good friends and support from the classes. Having been to other yoga classes, I can say with hand on heart, ours are different from the rest thanks to the great ladies that attend and their vision of their babies births and beyond.

Teaching Yoga in Pregnancy and Beyond...
What I do
I have a passion for yoga and have enjoyed teaching for the past three years in both London and Sheffield. Every class is a new challenge and I think you'll enjoy the energy that is created in all of my classes.
I believe in the power of yoga and how it can uniquely help everyone at different stages of their lives. The use of breath, body and mind in unison is a magical and powerful tool, often under-estimated and often under-used. Yoga helps people to enhance this tool and use it in their daily lives.
I am lucky enough to be able to teach the following;

All of the classes that I teach are fun and interactive. My aim is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible no matter their age or sex.
Pregnancy, Post Natal, Womens and Family Yoga Life
Having taught Ashtanga to many women, I was asked time and time again about pregnancy yoga so decided to undertake a specialist training to allow me to teach mum's-to-be. I was very fortunate to be able to study with the wonderful Uma Dinsmore-Tuli , of the Sitaram Partnership, at The Life Centre, in North London. Uma's approach is like no other and focuses on nuturing mothers and teaching them about natural birthing techniques including yogic breathing and relaxation/visualisation techniques for labour.
I have also trained with Uma to gain another qualification, Post Natal Recovery Yoga (BWY course) for mum's and babies, incorporating baby massage and I have completed Uma's family yoga/early years training (BWY course) allowing me to teach family and toddlers yoga.
In addition to this, I have completed my Infant Massage training with IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) and training in the field of 'well womans' yoga promoting well being for issues such as coming in to womanhood, menstural cycles, fertility, pregnancy and mothering. Offering women the chance to reflect on self nuturing.
I am a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher.
Childrens & Toddlers Yoga and Massage Life
I have trained with YogaBugs in London to teach young children and currently teach in schools in Sheffield. I have developed my own toddlers class from the experiences that I have gained teaching babies as they grow and am now delighted to also offer toddlers yoga to Sheffield's families.
I get the most joy teaching carers and babies however and have been enthralled to add the Certified Infant Massage Instructor (International Association of Infant Massage) qualification to the others that I hold.
I teach a variety of individuals and design bespoke programmes for each person so that they can gain the maximum benefit from the sessions. These sessions are held at my studio or in the comfort of your own home. Fertility and women's issue particularly lend themselves to the 1-2-1 programme.
Thai & Pregnancy Massage Life
I decided to train in the art of massage to use it as a basis for adjusting in my yoga classes, provide tradional massages and to take parts of the massage series and translate it in to useful techniques for my pregnancy, post natal and baby yoga classes. The massage I do works on the whole body and is based on simple but effective connecting, grounding, stretching and massage techniques. It can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and flexibility and adds a wonderful element of hands on work in womans yoga, pregnancy, post natal and baby yoga classes!
